As you know, the ISO 9001-2008 certification refers to the requirements of quality management system in order to assure efficiency and customer satisfaction. This Quality Management System was a strategic decision of this company. It is clear that many of our internal processes already were ruled by a quality management to a continuous internal improvement, but to date had no external recognition, but this day came, February 7, 2012.
